The fifth and last movie in the original movie series. The movie is still enjoyable in a simple, good story way, even with low budget effects that seem a little primitive , in terms of what can be done today. The real problem lies in the timeline, since BATTLE FOR THE PLANET OF THE APES takes place at the most only 20 years after the fourth movie and even though the main character is the same person/ape, events around him seem to have progressed a lot further and faster then they would in one person's/ape's lifespan.
Now that I have rewatched all five original Planet of the Apes movies, I think I will watch the television series that spun off from these. This I have never seen before.
