April 18th WENDY WU: HOMECOMING WARRIOR (DVD)

Okay, it is another made for television movie that I watched on DVD. The reason being is that I only saw part of it on TV when it came out. For the teen story it is WENDY WU: HOMECOMING WARRIOR is actually a very enjoyable movie with some really good fight sequences in it. Shin Koyamada does a great job as a monk, come to train teen Homecoming Queen hopeful Wendy Wu to be the legendary warrior princess she is destined to be. You will remember him as the son of Katsumoto in THE LAST SAMURAI.
