April 17th SPARTACUS (DVD)

Actually this SPARTACUS was a 2004 mini-mini series on television. It is about the length of two feature films but doesn't feel long at all. The problem is that the story is nothing new or original. Only the ending was added to the traditional story, and that may seem new because I am not remembering that happening in the story I have always heard. It does leave it wide open for a second part to the story but that would be original, cause it never happened in history. Yes there really was a gladiator who rebelled and lead a slave revolt in Rome, named Spartacus.
