Not even if in 1992 if it would be all that shocking and controversial, but maybe a little.
Shocking seems to be the only reason behind this movie. There is no real entertainment value
to it and at times comes across as just boring.
All about a drug out cop and how moral less he is and how he seems to be sinking into mental
illness as well.
Maybe if it was made in 1972, we could say well at least it was ahead of its time.
