July 29th FRIDAY aka MOVIEDAY 6:00 pm ATTACK THE BLOCK (AMC Yonge and Dundas 24)

British Comedy is one of the best forms of comedy there is. Which is why I expected ATTACK THE BLOCK to be funnier then it was. It was still funny and good and very entertaining, but with only a few of the witty lines one would expect. The action is good and the special effects is good and even though we are dealing with an alien invasion the whole movie is quite realistic. The young actors are fantastic and really carry the movie.
