I really enjoyed the first SAW movie but stopped watching the at number three. I have even see both PARANORMAL ACTIVITIES, can't really say I enjoyed them though. I enjoyed watching my friend jump out of his skin every two minutes a lot more. So when James Man made INSIDIOUS I was willing to give it a shot but not have too high of expectations for it. The movie is actually better then the PARANORMAL ACTIVITIES but really doesn't have anything all that new in it.
There is a very POLTERGEIST feel to it, with a mixture of THE OTHERS and even a healthy sprinkling of PARANORMAL ACTIVITY. For a minute there I thought there was going to be a movie cross over and was about to see Jigsaw.
