I like Jean Reno, he is one of France's greatest actors. Normally I like his movies as well but this one is even bad for an STD (Straight To DVD) movie. It tries to be dramatic and fails miserably. Worse is the bad dubbing that sounds like the same voice for every character. Any movie should be watched in its original language, that adds to the flavour and character of the movie as well as the nuances between characters.
Bottom line don't even bother with ULTIMATE HEIST aka INSIDE RING, it doesn't even have any good action.
