Feb 1st SECRETERIAT (DVD)

For a movie about the what is considered the world's greatest racehorse I was expecting a lot more excitement. SECRETARIAT is a good story and not too bad of a movie but the characters are shown as 2 dimensional and most of the story seems to be about the owner and not the horse. It as a pleasant movie to watch but did not have the usual excitement and joy that most Disney movies have. It was certainly not as good  a movie as SEABISCUIT, which of course it will always be compared to.
