Adrian Paul of TV's Highlander series plays an FBI agent in this B-rated SCI- FI movie with an interesting story and concept as well with really good CGI and robotics.
Enjoyable but story could have been more fleshed out and way more detailed as well as a bit more logical.
Good for a rental on a cold evening, or a rainy one.
